Tim advises mainly on dispute resolution and represents clients in court and arbitration proceedings - in particular on matters regarding liability, commercial and insolvency law.

He has many years of experience in handling major losses, especially resulting from industrial accidents and in the railroad sector, directors' and officers' liability (D&O) and commercial law, particularly in the automotive and plant engineering sectors. He also uses his forensic knowledge to provide preventive, contractual advice. He has also successfully provided legal advice on restructuring projects for many years.
