Alexander advises companies, managing directors, board members and shareholders on matters of civil, commercial, and insolvency law. He acts as counsel in state courts and arbitration. His practice focuses on complex commercial law matters in a national and international context. He draws on his many years of experience as a lawyer, which he gained at two international law firms.

His work as a lawyer focuses on liability issues involving suppliers and customers in supply chains. Furthermore, he provides strategic advice on enforcing and defending against price adjustment claims and represents clients in the event of losses. In addition, he advises on claw back actions and on liability-related aspects of insolvency law. This includes advising managing directors in crisis situations and defending former managing directors against claims by third parties.
