Sebastian practices in all areas of business law, with a particular focus on corporate and insolvency law.

He also represents clients in civil litigation, drawing on his extensive academic and practical experience. For several years, Sebastian worked at the Chair of Civil Law, Civil Procedure, European Private Law and Procedural (Prof. Dr. Beate Gsell) and at the Munich Center for Dispute Resolution at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität Munich. He also gained valuable experience at a law firm specializing in cases before the German Federal Court of Justice (Bundesgerichtshof). In addition to his legal practice, Sebastian publishes on current issues in civil and procedural law, including from a comparative law perspective.
